I did a picture like this a long time ago and promised to try it again sometime sooo 
i was actually a little hesitant about putting this up but i really wanted to upload something in celebrating my returning from my vacation! i might upload pics from the world expo and the beach later

Fruit with Swedish Pancake

Sunday Morning Brunch….Welcome November!
I have many requests for the recipe- for those of you that cannot find it, the pancakes are here:

Make the pancakes silver dollar size.
Dice what ever fruit you like and stack — I used strawberry, pancake, golden kiwi, pancake, green kiwi, pancake, strawberry, pancake and blueberry. The stack is then dusted with powdered sugar.

This new bridge spans Black Canyon and the Colorado River just south of the Hoover Dam. Pretty amazing structure. The dam itself is truly awesome.
